No More Guessing: Menopause Support That Actually Makes Sense Because “just deal with it” is not a plan. If you're tired of conflicting advice, feeling dismissed, or just guessing your way through menopause, this course is for you. We’ll cut through the confusion and explain what’s really going on with your body, why symptoms show up, and what you can do about them. Expect evidence-based info, practical strategies, and a judgment-free zone. Clarity? Check. Strategy? You bet. Support? Absolutely—especially the kind that makes sense for you.
Registration for all class sessions closes 3 days before the start date.
Late Registration: If you miss the deadline but are still interested, you can contact the Community Ed office by emailing us at CommunityEd@isd623.org or calling: 651-604-3770. Space may be limited, but we'll try our best to accommodate late registrations.
Refund Policy
If you need to cancel your registration, in order to receive a refund, you must notify Roseville Area Schools Community Education at least one (1) week prior to start date of the class/event/camp/activity, and that I will be issued a refund minus a $5 service charge.
