Becoming EcoWell: Elevate Wellbeing, Nourish Your Environment

Adult Enrichment / Mind & Body -
Summer 2024

This class is an opportunity to learn how our individual choices play a vital role in determining the quality of both our health and that of the environment. By serving the needs of one we benefit the other. This session will inspire participants to make simple changes in their daily lives that increase the resiliency of our environment, both internal (mind and body) and external (home, community, state, country and the world). This class offers creative and sustainable solutions that support a thriving future for ourselves and our environment. The ideal participant is anyone curious about changes they can make to support healing (themselves, family, environment, world). We encourage everyone to explore what healing looks like and find the options that fit their lifestyle.

Instructors

Kate Hanson

Kate Hanson lives and works in Roseville, as Coach and Owner of Whole Life Wellness. With her husband, she has created a lifestyle that supports her own wellbeing, including following her moral compass by nurturing the environment around her. You can frequently find Kate looking up through the trees in her yard, laughing about the antics of the bunnies and squirrels, or checking her veggie garden.

Michelle Porter

Michelle is a Health and Wellbeing Coach and owner of Evocare Health and Wellbeing. She lives in Mahtomedi on a small acreage surrounded by nature. Nature has been integral to her life as long as she can remember. She is passionate about sharing her knowledge about the healing powers of the natural world even with the smallest and most practical of changes. You don’t need to be vegan or living in a yurt to experience Mother Nature’s benefit. Becoming EcoWell was created through a shared belief that our collective actions shape the environment, which in turn, profoundly impacts our personal well-being. Our mission is to inform, inspire, and empower individuals to explore sustainable choices that foster a harmonious relationship between ourselves and the planet.
