In this engaging course, participants will delve into simple yet profound practices designed to promote mental, emotional, physical, and energetic healing through nature. Scientific research increasingly highlights the remarkable benefits of nature on our health, including reduced inflammation, lowered stress levels, and enhanced quality of sleep. The question arises: How can you incorporate these practices into your daily life? Laura Adrian will not only demystify these techniques but also provide tailored frameworks for integrating them into your busy schedule. Laura's new book, a valuable resource accompanying this workshop, elaborates on the benefits of these practices and offers practical guidance for their application so that you can continue learning beyond the four-week class. Join us on this transformative journey towards holistic well-being, facilitated by the nurturing embrace of nature.
Laura Adrian is a yogini, meditator, writer, and community herbalist who finds beauty, awe, and inspiration by directly connecting to the Earth whether in a city park or wilderness expedition. She has been studying holistic healing modalities since 2004 and weaves together what she’s learned in retreats and courses. Through these experiences, she has encouraged hundreds of people to develop wilderness skills, challenge themselves, and develop a more beautiful relationship with the natural world. Laura has extensive meditation experience in Buddhist traditions and is in the process of completing a two year Mindfulness Meditation Teacher Certification Program with Jack Kornfield and Tara Brach.
