Yoga Nidra is a meditation technique that prompts the body to consciously relax while the mind remains inwardly aware. Yoga Nidra can be performed laying down or seated and is beginner and pregnancy friendly. Please wear comfortable clothing and bring a yoga mat and any props you need to feel supported and comfortable.
Amanda Keck-Bodger (she/her) is a lifelong yoga practitioner and certified yoga teacher (RYT-500). She strives to create a welcoming and positive atmosphere in her classroom while encouraging students to listen to their bodies and tap into their own innate wisdom.
